If you would like to get my reference for multiple providers, it would be charged additional fee.

・We have met within 6 months / You have booked 2 hours appointment or more.

or

・We have met multiple times in the past / Our last appointment was within 9 months.

・Please give me a notification before you use my name as your reference.

・If you use my name without my permission, I can't give my reference to providers.

・Even if you matched above conditions, there is possibility to reject by my judgment.
